About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute marketing and communications activities supporting the firm’s strategic goals, growth, and brand
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and programming
  • Plan, run, and measure campaigns across channels; track KPIs and refine strategies
  • Support national advertising, digital content, social media, sponsorship, awards, and public relations campaigns
  • Manage branding and lead-generation projects, including events, webinars, and conferences
  • Coordinate event timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, booth setup and breakdown, and results measurement
  • Work with marketing leadership to shape and execute growth-oriented marketing plans
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends, competition, opportunities, research, and data
  • Track marketing leads, ROI, and touchpoints across events and campaigns
  • Execute growth initiatives with marketing leaders and stakeholders
  • Liaise between Partners, staff, and the national Marketing team
  • Support proposal development
  • Proofread marketing documents and own final-material accuracy and clarity
  • Build and maintain contact lists and databases
  • Track marketing budgets, monitor spend, and route and code vendor invoices
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional giveaways
  • Monitor prospective clients and market activity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three to five years of marketing or communications experience, in-house or agency
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams and meet deadlines
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives on time and on budget
  • Strong client-service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Ability to mentor and provide guidance
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of marketing principles and market research techniques
  • Familiarity with MarTech stacks, platforms, tools, and AI implications
  • Extensive MS Office experience; advanced Excel skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM, research tools, online analytics, HubSpot, social media, and project management platforms such as Monday.com
  • Familiarity with AI prompting or willingness to earn certification
  • Ability to learn new technology platforms and research databases
