Key responsibilities & impact

Manages the client engagement team through all phases of a project
Prepares court documents necessary for the fulfillment of court appointed role
Maintains data integrity of notice lists
Exhibits excellent client service skills
Supports business development activities
Builds and maintains a growth pipeline
Serves as one of the firm’s primary contacts with the client
May be required to work extended hours, or travel to/work from different firm offices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of related bankruptcy noticing and solicitation of claims process experience
2+ years in a management or supervisory role
Experience working with key bankruptcy stakeholders in the noticing and soliciting of bankruptcy claims
Juris Doctorate or L.L.M. in Bankruptcy Law preferred
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business and technical environments
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment
High degree of professionalism including the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
Computer literate with intermediate or advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
