About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day administration of marketing technology applications
- Manage user access, permissions, and platform documentation
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate technical problems as needed
- Support research and implementation of new MarTech applications and integrations
- Provide insights and recommendations to marketing team
- Assist with automation and workflow improvements across MarTech stack
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing systems with business objectives
- Support vendor management and external platform partners
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency
- Recommend system enhancements and process improvements
- Support testing of new features before deployment
- Develop and maintain campaign reporting dashboards and KPI tracking
- Leverage AI tools to streamline marketing workflows
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered MarTech solutions to improve team productivity
- Assist in building prompt libraries and internal best practices for AI tool usage across the marketing team
- Monitor emerging AI trends relevant to marketing technology and surface relevant opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of marketing experience, professional services experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting, tax, advisory, or other professional services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive, self-starter attitude; comfortable figuring things out independently and bringing solutions rather than just problems
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT or similar platforms, with genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for how AI is reshaping marketing
- Experience using AI to support tasks like copywriting, data analysis, campaign optimization, or automation
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering or a demonstrated interest in developing this skill
- Comfort working in a fast-evolving tech environment where tools and processes change frequently
- Strong analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Experience with marketing software and applications (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and/or PowerBI, Monday.com, Qualtrics)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS coding is a plus
