Define and execute the Finance transformation and systems roadmap
Drive sustained value realization from ERP and finance systems through disciplined product ownership
Establish and standardize finance operating models, policies, and best practices across processes, reporting, data, and systems
Directly manage, mentor and develop a team of senior finance leaders
Set clear priorities, performance expectations, and delivery outcomes across teams
Serve as business product owner for the finance systems ecosystem
Ensure seamless integrations across finance platforms, data models, and reporting tools
Oversee end-to-end finance process governance to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
15+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance systems, or related roles
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within a professional services environment
Proven expertise in ERP platforms, particularly SAP S/4HANA
Strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, BTP) and related finance technologies (e.g., Power BI, Concur, HighRadius, Workforce Adaptive Planning)
Deep understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C), financial reporting, and internal controls
Proven ability to lead enterprise initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business functions.
