About the role
- Develop and execute targeted business development strategy focused on manufacturing clients
- Identify and pursue consulting service opportunities
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, engineering, operations, business or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business development or consulting sales within manufacturing or industrial services
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Proven track record in selling consulting engagements in the mid- to high-six figures
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures common in manufacturing enterprises
