About the role
- Participate in and lead functional analysis interviews and document findings
- Review benchmarking analyses
- Draft and compile client deliverables including reports, memoranda, and PowerPoint presentations
- Review and analyze financial data and compute transfer pricing adjustments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of US transfer pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines
- Interact with clients on calls, meetings, and email
- Attend professional conferences and assist in preparation of technical articles and publications
Requirements
- 5+ years of transfer pricing experience
- Bachelor's in Accounting or business related field
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or JD preferred
- Masters in Economics, MBA, or LLM preferred
- Good knowledge and understanding of US transfer pricing regulations and the OECD Guidelines
- Experience analyzing related‑party financial transactions (interest rate benchmarking, credit rating analyses)
- Experience conducting functional analyses interviews for cross‑border intercompany transactions
- Strong financial modeling skills; ability to develop, maintain, and update complex models
- Ability to interpret and summarize complex financial data/models
- Ability to critically assess input data and stress test financial analysis results
- Demonstrated client interaction and engagement management skills
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills
