About the role

  • Analyze client requirements, configure software solutions, perform data conversions, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Build trusted client relationships, provide post-go-live support, and address system issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, gather functional requirements, and translate them into tailored system configurations.
  • Educate clients on system features, create training materials and SOPs, and guide users through day-to-day processes.
  • Assist with planning, tracking progress, identifying resource needs, and clearing roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review deliverables, ensure data integrity, and identify opportunities to streamline processes or enhance service quality.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues by replicating system problems and collaborating with technical teams as needed.
  • Stay current on Sage Intacct releases, pursue certifications, attend trainings, and participate in product conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Business, Sales, Marketing, or computer-related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years in accounting roles, accounting system support, and/or accounting system implementation along with managing projects in a professional environment is required.
  • Prior experience with cloud-based accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
  • Familiar with core accounting concepts and financial processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and processes effectively.
  • Able to communicate clearly in both technical and business contexts and manage diverse relationships professionally.
  • Highly organized and adaptable. May be required to work extended hours during the work week and/or on weekends as needed.
