About the role
- Assist with payroll processing, including correct tax withholding and remittance
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on income tax, social security and company pension (bAV) related matters
- Communicate with external bodies such as social security agencies, authorities and other institutions
- Manage reporting and certification processes in compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain employee master data and support the time management system
- Provide employee support and perform general administrative HR tasks, such as drafting contracts and documents and maintaining personnel files
- Participate in HR projects to optimize our personnel processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable vocational training/qualification
- Relevant professional experience in HR management
- Solid knowledge of payroll and tax-related issues
- Experience with a computerized payroll system
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Service-oriented, independent and solution-focused working style
- High level of discretion and strong team orientation
