About the role
- Preparation of sales meetings (including presentations and benchmark comparisons)
- Support in implementing marketing measures and sales promotions
- Assistance to Key Account Managers in the garden sales division, including appointment management and preparation
- Preparation and analysis of statistics
- Reliable correspondence with customers (German and English)
- Ensuring product reservations for assigned customers in the ERP system
Requirements
- A successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., merchant for wholesale and international trade management) or a business/economics degree with a focus on sales
- Initial professional experience in sales or customer management advantageous (including experience gained through training, internships, or working-student positions)
- Affinity for sales and interest in our products
- Presentation and communication skills
- Customer-oriented and confident manner
- Persuasiveness, negotiation skills, team spirit, and a high level of self-motivation
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and spoken English
