About the role
- Coordination and active participation in development projects — from new product developments to relaunches
- Technical support in clarifying requirements and accompanying product development through to series production readiness
- Organization and evaluation of field tests and participation in product certifications, including coordination with testing institutes
- Preparation and compilation of technical project documentation
- Interface management between internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Design), international partners (e.g., Shanghai/China) and external testing institutes
Requirements
- Completed technical degree (e.g., engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Alternatively, a technician with relevant professional experience
- Good technical understanding and ideally experience in the development or application of cleaning equipment
- Structured, independent working style and process-oriented thinking
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
