About the role
- Manage the activities based on insights devised from network Quality performance
- Support the Fab expansion activities in US
- Drive projects with data collected from the line
- Provide actionable insights to existing data relating to Frontend nonconformance materials
- Address concerns in the network and devise strategies for resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality engineering within a high-tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to strictly adhere to quality protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- More than 2 years experience in the memory or storage industry.
- Proficiency with quality management systems and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality initiatives and compete at a global scale.
