About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Installation and qualification of industry leading reticle equipment in our new cleanroom
- Reticle equipment sustainment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation
- Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
- Use project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies
- Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement, driving best in class equipment metrics
- Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of proven experience working as Equipment Owner with Reticle/Photo Equipment
- BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
