Reticle Process Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish, improve, and optimize business processes related to in-fab photomask management and technologies
- Monitor, maintain and improve reticle pattern inspection and Automatic Defect Classification (ADC) processes
- Define and evaluate process parameters for various photomask-related equipment
- Evaluate, promote, and implement new equipment and materials; develop technology roadmaps
- Perform 8D root-cause analysis for issues and abnormalities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field
- Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication with photolithography or RDA inspection background
- Experience applying or developing AI Assisted solutions in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional projects and influence partners across teams
