Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of work experience in a related field
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaborator interaction
- Shown experience in talent market research and sourcing strategies
- Strong project management skills, including tracking achievements, breakthroughs, and handling risks
- Ability to closely follow standard methodologies and company policies.
- Proficient in English communication (writing/speaking).
