About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Global & Site Facilities team to proactively manage projects/programs
Creating, leading, driving & maintaining Projects/Programs
Supporting the Global Facilities Quality Core Team meetings to drive alignment and continuous improvement
Maintenance of the Central Governance repository platform
Participating and leading Business Process improvement projects on Reliability and Cost projects/programs
Managing external audits
Enhancing and driving a proactive process based on the internal audit program
Managing the communications and access to information from the QMS program and projects
Supporting Global Fac Work-Force Development (WFD)
Supporting Global Fac Documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 or more years of Facilities Semiconductor industry engineering experience
Excellent skills for leading or facilitating multi-organisational teams to success on complex multidimensional projects/programs
Excellent communication skills to build teams comprised of key skills
Ability to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships
Skills in the creation and management of projects/programs (TABLEAU reports, SharePoint Online (SPMO), etc)
Working knowledge and drive quality programs such as MOC, FMEA, Calibration, GDMS, Error-Proofing, etc
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Project/Program management experiences are preferable
ISO or IATF Audit experience, including training and certification, is preferable.
