Key responsibilities & impact

Validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers and internal partners
Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives, plan and execute negotiations
Establish processes to monitor customer satisfaction with key suppliers
Analyze sourcing trends and make recommendations for managed categories
Develop and validate category strategies with partners
Identify and evaluate category-specific savings/revenue levers
Lead negotiations for contract extensions, renewals, and renegotiations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Over 10 years of experience in the Facilities & Construction Category
A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing
Experience managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently
Effective Communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Advanced Skills in materials cost structure and analysis
Prior experience working in indirect category management at a semiconductor company is preferred
Experience working with Ariba, SAP, and SCOUT is preferred
