About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the creation and rollout of Micron’s new enterprise-wide CLM platform
Provide pragmatic legal advice and solutions to support business teams in meeting strategic and commercial goals
Review, negotiate, and draft a variety of commercial agreements
Assist business teams with planning and development of new product initiatives
Provide proactive legal assistance to address emerging issues
Develop and deliver effective trainings to Business Units, Sales, and internal partners on key legal issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years’ of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
JD from an ABA accredited law school and a current member of the bar in good standing
Experience leading/supporting the design and implementation of a CLM platform
Executive presence in interactions with senior leadership
Ability to collaborate, build relationships, gain credibility, and partner effectively with internal collaborators and Legal colleagues
High degree of ethics and integrity
Experience working in an in-house Legal environment is preferred
Top law firm and/or corporate experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred
