About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support equipment installation, qualification, and production ramp for reticle inspection tools, stockers, cleaning systems, and pod washers
  • Monitor tool performance, uptime, and process stability, and lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, photolithography, automation, IT, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve operations
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and availability
  • Drive continuous improvement in reticle quality, defectivity reduction, cycle time, and cost efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with photomask or reticle-related equipment
  • Knowledge of EUV/DUV reticle processes and sensitivity to particles and defects affecting reticle handling
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and data analysis skills with the ability to lead investigations and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cleanroom environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment (preferred)
  • Experience with mask inspection tools such as KLA SL6xx platforms, SUSS MaskTrack systems, or Brooks stockers (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SPC, defect monitoring, and automation systems such as AMHS or MES (preferred)
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments or fab startup and expansion activities (preferred)
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity and workflows (preferred)
