About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support equipment installation, qualification, and production ramp for reticle inspection tools, stockers, cleaning systems, and pod washers
Monitor tool performance, uptime, and process stability, and lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts
Collaborate with manufacturing, photolithography, automation, IT, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve operations
Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and availability
Drive continuous improvement in reticle quality, defectivity reduction, cycle time, and cost efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with photomask or reticle-related equipment
Knowledge of EUV/DUV reticle processes and sensitivity to particles and defects affecting reticle handling
Demonstrated problem-solving and data analysis skills with the ability to lead investigations and manage multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cleanroom environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment (preferred)
Experience with mask inspection tools such as KLA SL6xx platforms, SUSS MaskTrack systems, or Brooks stockers (preferred)
Familiarity with SPC, defect monitoring, and automation systems such as AMHS or MES (preferred)
Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments or fab startup and expansion activities (preferred)
Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity and workflows (preferred)
