Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and implement the Process Intelligence strategy for Finance, aligned with enterprise AI, automation, and transformation roadmaps
Establish end-to-end process visibility across core Finance value streams
Drive adoption, governance, and value realization of process intelligence platforms
Translate process insights into a prioritized pipeline of actions
Partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT teams to convert insights into delivered and measured business value
Define and standardize process indicators, benchmarks, and executive dashboards for leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with process intelligence / process mining tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath, or similar)
Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP-based transaction flows
Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior and executive stakeholders
