Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technology strategy for assigned cloud and enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales and field teams
Build trusted technical relationships with customers and ecosystem partners by aligning Micron solutions to system-level challenges
Provide system and solution-level guidance, including trade-offs across performance, cost, and compatibility
Develop and share reusable solution designs and best practices across the sales organization
Influence product and solutions roadmaps by representing the voice of the customer across business units

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of customer-facing presales, solutions architecture, or field applications engineering experience
Hands-on systems experience with server architectures, data center environments, and memory or storage technologies
Proven ability to build trust and influence technical and business stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills in English, written and verbal
