About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define strategy and execute plans for Supplier Quality Management
Drive excursion prevention programs
Develop Suppliers through Continuous Improvement Programs
Work with stakeholders to execute and measure Supplier Quality Management Program
Support Supplier Performance Reviews with feedback using metrics
Mitigate supplier quality issues and communicate expectations
Drive Gas Quality risk assessment and participation in sourcing strategies
Lead technical risk assessment audits for supplier material engagement
Establish compliance to Micron Supplier Requirements Standards (SRS)
Manage supplier and sub-supplier changes in Supplier Change Management (SCM)
Cascade lessons learnt to R&D and HVM Fabs
Monitor supplier quality performance metrics and compliance with Micron SRS

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
Min. 5 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry or in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Foundational understanding of semiconductor materials and their applications in wafer manufacturing processes
Knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF 16949 quality management system requirements
Strong analytical capabilities with hands‑on experience in: Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and calibration, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and FMEA, Problem‑solving methodologies, Quality management systems
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables
Effective communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
