About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and Counsel Recruiting Customers: Provide authoritative consultation and counseling to hiring managers, external vendors, colleges, and universities.
- Collaborate to Resolve Talent Needs with Hiring Managers: Work closely with to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with departmental and business priorities.
- Sourcing: Actively participate in the sourcing process, applying innovative techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Engage in the screening and interviewing process to meticulously evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process: Including maintaining data in recruiting systems, extending and negotiating offers, initiating onboarding, and finalizing the hiring process.
- Talent and Offer Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure top talent, ensuring that offers are daring and align with candidate expectations and company standards.
- Lead or Participate in Recruiting Projects: Take charge in or give to recruiting projects that support company growth, such as ramps, mergers, and acquisitions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Shown experience in talent market research and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaborator interaction.
- Strong project management skills, including tracking achievements, breakthroughs, and handling risks.
- Ability to closely follow standard methodologies and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Over 3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Proficient in English communication (writing/speaking).
