Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in recruiting event operations, talent acquisition operations, or candidate experience-focused roles
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint or equivalent for executive presentations
- Experience producing reports and data visualizations
- Strong communication and customer management skills
