About the role
- Own end-to-end coordination of AMHS material movement from off-site warehouse to the ID1 cleanroom, ensuring timely, efficient, and safe delivery.
- Partner with Construction, Tool Install, and AMHS Engineering teams to resolve space conflicts and maintain strict installation schedules.
- Monitor and sustain construction and AMHS laydown areas to TPM 6S standards, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Drive engagement across AMHS teams to ensure required TPM meetings, audits, Continuous Improvement Proposals (CIPs), and trouble list actions are successfully implemented.
- Lead cross-functional coordination, tracking achievements, risks, and dependencies impacting AMHS logistics and TPM execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of program, project, or operations management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams in a high-volume manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborator management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced fab environments.
- Experience supporting AMHS systems (e.g., OHT, stockers, material transport systems).
- Hands-on experience with TPM programs, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
- Experience with fab layout planning, space optimization, and logistics flow development.
- Familiarity with Micron TPM tools, 6S standards, and reporting systems.
- Background in capital projects, tool installation, or fab expansions.
