About the role
- Run Micron’s global waste management program, ensuring consistent implementation across sites and regions
- Develop and maintain worldwide waste management standards aligned with applicable laws
- Identify, assess, and handle waste related compliance risks
- Define program targets, metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Support global and site-level audits and assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years experience in environmental compliance, waste management, or related EHS roles
- Experience leading programs or sophisticated initiatives
- Knowledge of hazardous and non‑hazardous waste regulations
- Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions
