About the role

  • Assist PQA engineer in managing quality deviation and drive for closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive for deviation reduction and continual improvement
  • Conduct inline assessment and validate corrective and preventive actions to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirement
  • Monitor and keep track corrective action, prevention action and lesson learn fanout status
  • Use automation tool (Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau etc) to develop and enhance dashboards for quality metrics
  • Establish standard operating procedure for quality related monitoring
  • Perform Data Mining to identify quality improvement opportunities and assist PQA engineer in leading site quality improvement projects

Requirements

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related field
  • Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift (including night shift)
  • Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Excellent documentation and procedural development skills
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams
  • Ambitious and diligent approach to uphold high standards of material quality
  • Ability to determine and successfully implement quality control protocols
  • Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence applications is a plus
