About the role
- Start up, develop, and optimize processes to improve product quality, yield, cost, and productivity.
- Diagnose and resolve process‑related issues using methodologies such as failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and FDC.
- Coordinate and perform process, equipment, and material evaluations to implement improvement changes.
- Lead and participate in yield improvement, cost optimization, and new process baseline qualification activities.
- Manage and collaborate with material suppliers to support quality, cost, and risk‑mitigation objectives.
- Apply problem‑solving skills to address complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in process development or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong process area knowledge and understanding of DRAM development and manufacturing.
- Demonstrated automation experience including coding, machine learning, or JMP scripting.
- Understanding of process flow, SPC principles, recipe management, physics, chemistry, and algebraic concepts.
