About the role
- Drive the Project level procurement activities for construction projects
- Manage both Pre & Post Contracts for the Projects assigned
- Lead tenders for sub-contracts and evaluate all change orders
- Act as the single point of contact for all Procurement related aspects of the project
- Ensure procurement function exceeds expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
- PMP certification or equivalent, preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong project management skills
- Prior Construction Industry experience (estimating, project engineering, procurement)
- Proficient in MS office
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills
