About the role
- Build and lead global IT teams to deliver the Procurement multi-year roadmap and solutions
- Collaborate with business partners and internal technical partners
- Act as a change agent to meet business objectives
- Develop and gain support for roadmaps
- Ensure area portfolio delivery in terms of priority, schedule, cost, scope, and quality
- Lead teams in iterative product development using Agile principles
- Engage the team on architecture and design

Requirements
- Degree in IT or Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- 10+ years of progressive IT systems implementation leadership experience
- Full scope of implementation and Operations across a global enterprise Procurement business process
- Foundational concept knowledge
- Experience in enabling Automation and Ai enabled cases
- Implementing SAP S4 and Ariba implementations
- Cross-functional alignment across Finance, Sales, Legal, and Manufacturing
