  • Execute quarterly internal benchmarking to identify gaps in performance
  • Manage and execute Tool of Record (TOR) and Manufacturing Tool Evaluation Program (MTEP) requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, technology or related field of study
  • 10+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
  • 4+ years at any of the following levels: Management/Leadership at or above Senior Manager or Technical experience at or above Member of Technical Staff (MTS) equivalent
