About the role
- Develop clear metrics for program health and communicate in an effective manor to set program priorities
- Build and improve upon detection techniques and identify new ways to use existing tools
- Manage projects internal to your team and across functional areas
- Mentor your team in analyzing process flows looking for defect anomalies
- Create an environment of continuous improvement process (CIP) demeanor
- Direct your team to recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process anomalies
- Active participation in technical meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ year experience working within the RDA, HVM or TD teams or relevant working experience in a 300mm semiconductor environment
- Experienced leader with 5+ direct reports
- Minimum 5 year of experience in semiconductor fabrication process area
- Effective English communication skills
