About the role
- Innovate new solutions to complex multi-disciplinary problems by collaborating with team members with skill sets ranging from Si to system.
- Generate innovative concepts and take a hands-on approach to design, prototype, and implement solutions.
- Actively participate in experimental work, characterizations, simulations, and validation of new architectures and algorithms.
- Exercise leadership skills by demonstrating the ability to drive complex projects from idea conception through evaluation and implementation.
- Work closely with internal and external experts to accelerate project delivery and ensure high quality.
- Educate and mentor other technical contributors within the organization to raise their level of technical expertise.
Requirements
- Masters of Science (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (or a related field)
- 5-10 years of experience in NAND technology or design development
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of non-volatile memory and systems
- Good understanding of NAND design and layout principles
- Good understanding of NAND device physics
- Self-motivated and significant problem-solving skills
