About the role
- Act as a primary liaison for U.S. fabs, supporting material categories
- Define strategies and implement quality initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments and establish compliance with Supplier Requirements Standards
- Manage supplier changes and oversee resolution of quality issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive material quality and performance improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in supplier quality, materials engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience conducting supplier audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective/preventive actions
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), DOE, and quality systems such as ISO standards
- Strong communication and project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
