About the role
- Lead and continuously improve the TIQ business processes, continual improvement projects, and BKM alignment.
- Prioritize and lead numerous projects based on Fab and corporate objectives, moving projects effectively through the lifecycle – definition, planning, implementation, acceptance, and review.
- Facilitate and drive global peer groups to align strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives, build metrics with clear line of sight to strategic objectives, and share best methods across all sites.
- Review and lead current Micron Sites TIQ performance, identify gaps and opportunities to achieve BIC performance, and drive continuous improvement in aspects such as safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, and new technology introduction.
- Engage suppliers for continuous improvement to achieve BIC TIQ performance, develop and improve Micron TIQ documentation as needed, and support critical tool installation scenarios to implement BIC methods for the fastest TIQ schedule recovery.
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelor or equivalent experience in engineering
- Minimum 3 years relevant photolithography equipment experience
- Good communication in English
- Open to travel
- 3+ years of experience with tool installation of photo tool equipment
