About the role
- Assist in the review of vendor-provided design drawings and specifications
- Support the configuration and distribution routing of systems
- Participate in validating engineering calculations and reviewing equipment and component submittals
- Aid in reviewing and validating construction RFI responses and shop drawings
- Provide field engineering QA support during construction and commissioning phases
- Collaborate with construction engineers to ensure mechanical systems are built to specification
- Develop operations and maintenance documentation
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with safety codes and laws is a plus
- Proficiency in using schematic diagrams to troubleshoot systems to the component level
