About the role
- Support Micron's Enterprise and cloud datacenter customers team
- Act as the primary interface between the customer and engineering/design centers
- Develop long-term relationships with customers to support streamlined communication and qualification efforts
- Proactively define qualification requirements and processes to shape a qualification plan
- Provide an interface for the customer to engineering groups and design centers
- Communicate customer qualification requirements and status to management, sales and development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in storage or related high-tech industries
- Proven experience working with sales, customers, engineers, and product development teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage customer communications and action logs
- Ability to communicate technical information professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
