About the role

  • - Process new account applications and onboard new clients.
  • - Update and configure existing accounts according to internal requests.
  • - Work closely with the Sales team and ensure client needs are met.
  • - Respond to internal queries relating to account management.
  • - Respond to incoming application enquiries from the client via email.
  • - Ensure industry & company's standards for AML/KYC are met.
  • - Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes.

Requirements

  • - Computer literacy and above average data entry skills.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Attention to detail.
  • - Able to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • - Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot day to day issues.
  • - Strong account management skills.
  • - Previous experience in client onboarding.
  • - KYC/AML knowledge.
