About the role
- - Process new account applications and onboard new clients.
- - Update and configure existing accounts according to internal requests.
- - Work closely with the Sales team and ensure client needs are met.
- - Respond to internal queries relating to account management.
- - Respond to incoming application enquiries from the client via email.
- - Ensure industry & company's standards for AML/KYC are met.
- - Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes.
Requirements
- - Computer literacy and above average data entry skills.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- - Attention to detail.
- - Able to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- - Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot day to day issues.
- - Strong account management skills.
- - Previous experience in client onboarding.
- - KYC/AML knowledge.
