About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain close client relationships, provide trusted advice, and ensure client satisfaction through our tailored solutions
  • Understand the technical aspects of our portfolio and clearly articulate how it addresses clients' needs and challenges
  • Work closely with our tech teams to translate customer requirements into compelling proposals and solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations, develop pricing strategies, and close deals
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position Motius as a market leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least one year of cold outreach experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a comparable role, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • University degree in Business Administration (e.g., TUM-BWL), Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Analytical skills to understand client challenges and propose appropriate solutions
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals, exceed targets, and work with a results-oriented mindset
  • Confident presence, strong self-assurance in your abilities, and a proactive, self-directed work style
  • Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and possess business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
