About the role
- Ensure products comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the product development team to assess potential product risks
- Coordinate system certificates and ensure required certifications are in place
- Analyze customer complaints and derive corrective and preventive actions
- Safeguard sustainable product quality across the supply chain
- Act as an internal service provider and advisor on regulatory matters
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in quality and product compliance
- Background in baby and children’s products or experience in the textile sector
- Knowledge of conformity assessment procedures
- Ability to read and interpret standards
- Structured work approach and high attention to detail
- Confident English for communication with international partners
