About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You organize top events and catering for our corporate clients — from the initial inquiry to the event itself.
  • You make sure as many client inquiries as possible convert into bookings.
  • You work closely with our founders and C-level team to further optimize product and processes, giving you the chance to make a genuine impact.
  • You use our platform every day — with smart automation and AI at every turn.
  • You are the main point of contact for decision-makers at our clients — engaging on an equal footing and delivering real impact.
  • You are responsible for revenue development and conversion — with direct influence on company performance.
  • You coordinate proposals, provide feedback on product and processes, and help to continually improve egora.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in sales, account management, or the events sector — ideally in a B2B environment
  • Ideally experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • A food/catering or events background is a strong plus, but not required
  • No degree required — but strong communication skills, empathy, and a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • You take responsibility, think entrepreneurially, and are motivated to move things forward
