Key responsibilities & impact

You organize top events and catering for our corporate clients — from the initial inquiry to the event itself.
You make sure as many client inquiries as possible convert into bookings.
You work closely with our founders and C-level team to further optimize product and processes, giving you the chance to make a genuine impact.
You use our platform every day — with smart automation and AI at every turn.
You are the main point of contact for decision-makers at our clients — engaging on an equal footing and delivering real impact.
You are responsible for revenue development and conversion — with direct influence on company performance.
You coordinate proposals, provide feedback on product and processes, and help to continually improve egora.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in sales, account management, or the events sector — ideally in a B2B environment
Ideally experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot
A food/catering or events background is a strong plus, but not required
No degree required — but strong communication skills, empathy, and a hands-on, can-do attitude
You take responsibility, think entrepreneurially, and are motivated to move things forward
