About the role

  • Design a variety of urban projects (master planning, TOD approaches, strategic frameworks)
  • Work on transport infrastructure projects (tramway/LRT, BHNS/BRT, multimodal interchange hubs)
  • Operate at all scales, from the block/site to the metropolitan territory
  • Lead project management activities, reporting, risk anticipation and management of technical interfaces
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural teams across multiple offices/agencies
  • Act as the primary contact for institutional decision-makers and project directors
  • Identify opportunities and network with other entities within the group

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in urban design or planning
  • Proven experience leading complex studies and managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English – minimum B2; Arabic or Spanish is a plus)
  • Comfortable with industry-standard tools
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS)
