About the role
- Support regulatory scoping for industrial projects involving new or existing installations, according to the nomenclature of Installations Classified for the Protection of the Environment (ICPE)
- Perform corresponding risk analyses using various methods (HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA...)
- Model hazardous phenomena (fire, explosion, toxic dispersion, etc.)
- Prepare regulatory studies (applications for Environmental Authorization, including Hazard Studies, Environmental Impact or Incidence Assessments) related to industrial projects
- Develop emergency plans (Internal Emergency Response Plan / Plan d'Opération Interne - POI, Fire Defense Plan / Plan de Défense Incendie - PDI)
- Conduct regulatory compliance audits
- Perform Quantified Risk Analyses (Quantitative Risk Assessment - QRA, Building Risk Assessment - BRA, Technological Risk Assessment - TRA)
- Define and develop internal methods and tools.
Requirements
- General engineering degree with specialization in industrial or environmental risks
- 2 to 5 years' experience
- Experience leading small projects
- Proficiency with software and IT tools
- Strong technical writing skills
- Curiosity, initiative, analytical synthesis skills and rigor.
