About the role
- Responsible for coordinating all planning phases
- Technical leadership of a small, growing planning team
- Structuring workflows and promoting the professional development of your team members
- Ensuring smooth project execution in coordination with sister companies, clients/owners, specialist planners and authorities
- Focus on schedules, costs and quality standards
- Developing and implementing planning standards
- Model-based project planning with BIM
- Creation, coordination and optimization of discipline-specific models
- BIM-based clash detection and cross-discipline coordination
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Initial professional experience in project planning and management, ideally in industrial construction
- Ideally experience in team leadership
- Confident use of CAD software, preferably ArchiCAD
- Willingness to take on responsibility
