Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluently bilingual in English and French
Specialized knowledge of HACCP-based food safety programs and auditing principles
Knowledge of food safety risks and regulations (Federal, Provincial and Local), EFC policies, proper on-farm procedures, poultry/agriculture industry
2 – 3 years of Specialized Community College education in poultry/agriculture
Must have completed auditing courses
2 – 5 years experience in the agriculture industry
