About the role
- Manage and oversee EPC engineering projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Coordinate internal project teams including engineers, designers, and support staff.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Identify potential risks or delays and implement strategies to mitigate project impacts.
- Organize and lead project meetings, documenting action items and ensuring follow-up.
- Track project budgets, resource allocation, and overall project performance.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to management and clients.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Support proposal development and project planning efforts when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within engineering, EPC, infrastructure, or power/utility related industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software (MS Project and/or P6).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and maintain project momentum.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
