About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our HR team in daily operations and on exciting projects — from candidate outreach to employer branding.
- Learn the full range of processes and workflows of modern HR and take part in shaping them.
- Help ensure consistently high employee satisfaction, e.g. by assisting with the organization of team events and company celebrations.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth start.
- Manage applicant tracking and accompany the entire recruitment process to provide an optimal candidate experience.
- Address the right junior talent through targeted university marketing.
- Gain valuable experience in HR administration and contract management.
- After your onboarding period, you will have the opportunity to take on your own exciting projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are enrolled in a degree program related to business, HR topics or psychology and are seeking a mandatory internship for WS 26/27.
- Ideally, you already have prior knowledge in Human Resource Management or personnel administration (optional).
- You bring interest and enthusiasm for HR-related questions.
- You demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
- You have very good German language skills.
- You are reliable and work accurately.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems independently complete your profile.
