Internship – Human Resources Generalist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our HR team in daily operations and on exciting projects – from candidate outreach to employer branding
- Learn the full processes and workflows of modern HR and contribute to their design
- Help ensure consistently high employee satisfaction, e.g., by assisting in the organization of team events and company celebrations
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and ensure their smooth start
- Manage applicant tracking and accompany the entire application process to deliver an optimal candidate experience
- Reach suitable junior talent through targeted university marketing
- Gain valuable experience in personnel administration and contract management
- After your onboarding period, you will have the opportunity to take on your own exciting projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are enrolled in a degree program related to business, HR topics, or psychology and are seeking a mandatory internship for the winter semester 26/27
- Ideally, you already have prior knowledge in Human Resource Management or HR (optional)
- You bring interest and enthusiasm for HR-related topics
- You have strong team and communication skills
- You have very good German language skills
- You are reliable and work with precision
- An analytical mindset and the ability to solve problems independently complete your profile
