About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support our HR team in daily operations and on exciting projects – from candidate outreach to employer branding
  • Learn the full processes and workflows of modern HR and contribute to their design
  • Help ensure consistently high employee satisfaction, e.g., by assisting in the organization of team events and company celebrations
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and ensure their smooth start
  • Manage applicant tracking and accompany the entire application process to deliver an optimal candidate experience
  • Reach suitable junior talent through targeted university marketing
  • Gain valuable experience in personnel administration and contract management
  • After your onboarding period, you will have the opportunity to take on your own exciting projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are enrolled in a degree program related to business, HR topics, or psychology and are seeking a mandatory internship for the winter semester 26/27
  • Ideally, you already have prior knowledge in Human Resource Management or HR (optional)
  • You bring interest and enthusiasm for HR-related topics
  • You have strong team and communication skills
  • You have very good German language skills
  • You are reliable and work with precision
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to solve problems independently complete your profile
