About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide high school and/or middle school students through Education Unlimited’s mock trial curriculum.
  • Teach daily seminars and workshops.
  • Manage and prep students for trial.
  • Track student work and hand in deliverables to the camp director and EU home office.
  • Be responsible for the health and safety of students while fulfilling instructional objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years experience teaching, leading, coaching, or participating in mock trial.
  • A practicing attorney, former practicing attorney, or legal expert
  • Proven ability to lead small or large groups.
  • A calm and professional demeanor.
  • The willingness and ability to work long hours.
  • Self-motivation and follow-through.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • A passion for education.
