About the role

  • Manage and meticulously maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing and scheduling a high volume of internal and external meetings and speaking engagements.
  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary creation.
  • Prepare the CEO for all meetings and events by compiling briefing materials, developing agendas, and ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
  • Process and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Growth Officer as needed.
  • Assist the Chief of Staff with projects and initiatives that support the broader Executive Team and strengthen organizational culture.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person team meetings and events.
  • Source and interview student candidates for seasonal positions.
  • Help roll out campus recruitment strategy at colleges and universities in the area.
  • Use social media and job boards to find candidates for open positions.
  • Keep track of candidate interactions and progress in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Help coordinate the new hire credentialing process.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and resourceful problem-solver who can anticipate needs and work independently.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel) and a willingness to learn about new technologies.
  • A genuine passion for education and workforce development.
  • Recent college graduate (preferred).
