Recruiting & HR Consultant – Part-time, 30–80%
Edl Consulting AGRecruiting & HR Consultant managing talent acquisition and HR projects in Switzerland. You will create job descriptions, conduct interviews, and lead workshops remotely.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create clear, compelling job descriptions.
- Manage candidate communication, including screening, scheduling, and phone interviews.
- Develop recruiting and job-posting strategies.
- Independently lead HR projects and prepare documentation.
- Conduct workshops and trainings for hiring managers and recruiters.
- Perform administrative tasks across HR, Sales & Marketing, including social media.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Above-average university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of work experience in a startup or other dynamic company environment in recruiting, HR, or project management roles.
- Experience working with recruiting software, ideally LinkedIn and Personio.
- Strong skills in MS Office and preferably experience with Google Docs.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Residence and work authorization in Switzerland.
